  • No! Long term retardant is non hazardous to any vegetation, children or any animal.

  • Apply LTR to the intermediate zone, the first zero to thirty feet from your home. With larger properties with a lot of vegetation, we recommend vegetation management and additional application of fire retardants up to 100 feet of the property, Zone 2 of Defensible Space.

  • LTR remains affective until six inches of heavy rain fall. Depending on the amount of heavy rain, you will need to be resprayed coming spring time.
