       Joel Holland | President & CofounderAs a business leader for over 20 years, Joel’s experiences have taught him that perfection is fleeting but if you take the time to learn from the journey, there is satisfaction in the process. With experience in secondary education, luxury hospitality, project management, and operations consulting, he continues to broaden his tool kit. Joel recently completed relevant coursework and trainings in fire engineering, Wildfire Mitigation, the Wildland Fire Assessment Program, Broadcast & Pile Prescribed Burn Tactics and Strategies, Wildfire Remediation and Erosion Control, and S-130 Basic Wildland Firefighting Training.

       Ted Neal | CofounderA Sonoma County native, Ted found his passion for aviation when he was at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He’s worked as a certified Airframe and Powerplant mechanic, Pilot, and he’s now the Director of Aviation for a corporate flight department based in the Silicon Valley. Ted’s responsibilities include deploying considerable private resources in response to emergencies, natural disasters, and other philanthropic needs throughout the world. In his experience as a pilot and team leader, Ted relies on preventative maintenance systems, integrated training protocols, and a process of planning and prevention that allows his team to respond to any contingency.

       Jeremy Little | CofounderJeremy is an experienced real estate and business transactional attorney with an emphasis on business formation, land use, raising capital, contracts, trademarks, and the purchase and sale of related companies. Jeremy has guided companies through the gauntlet of regulations imposed by city, county, state, and federal bureaucracies. He routinely interacts with government agencies and facilitates public-private partnerships. Before pursuing his career in law, he was a high school teacher as well as a sea kayak instructor and tour guide in Southern Maine.
